Continuous rapid cooling method and high-strength superconducting wire manufacturing device
Continuous quenching method and high-strength superconducting wire manufacturing device
[Summary] This device directly heats Nb/AL composite wires with a diameter of φ1.0 to 1.6m and a length of over 2Km in a vacuum chamber using electric current (2000℃), and then rapidly cools them in molten Ga at temperatures between 50℃ and 150℃, resulting in the uniform production of long bcc phase saturated solid-liquid wires. Therefore, it can also be applied to other purposes such as quenching long wires. *For more details, please contact us.
